Our neighbor mentioned "snow cream" some months ago - I had never heard about it. But there was actually a recipe for it in my "More-With-Less" cookbook. 2 1/2 quarts clean snow, 1/2 cup milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, and 1 cup sugar. We had lots of fun mixing! We didn't really care for it - cute idea though.
